Consider it a prayer in song for enhancing forgiveness within yourself. The words are:

As you sing, just feel yourself beginning to let go of old trauma or hurt or anger. Let yourself feel peacefully immersed and flow with it.

If possible, listen to some relaxing nonverbal music. Say a short prayer calling on the Divine to bless your meditation and enhance forgiveness in your life.
Visualize yourself in a ball of light to help strengthen your energy field. Become aware of and follow your breath as it gently flows in and out your nose at its own relaxed pace. Imagine yourself as a tree sending powerful roots deep into the earth to help you feel grounded and prevent possibly feeling spacey. Then as you breathe in through your nose, imagine you are breathing the strength of the earth up into your body.
Repeat several times.
Listen to the relaxing music as you focus on gently breathing in and out your nose. Visualize the color violet like a lovely violet colored flower or an amethyst crystal. As you breathe in through your nose, imagine that you are breathing glowing violet light into your whole being.
Silently pray to the Divine that your life be uplifted and blessed with Divine Forgiveness.
Next breathe in your nose and out your mouth for about a minute VERY GENTLY. Now, very gently breathe in your mouth and out your nose for about a minute. Then extra gently breathe in and out your mouth for a minute or so. Now return to breathing in and out your nose. As you breathe in your nose, imagine you are breathing in violet color into your whole being. As you breathe out your nose, periodically say one or more of the following (or similar) affirmations silently...
I forgive myself my mistakes.
I learn and grow from them, and move on.
When I consider another person’s point of view–it helps me find understanding, common ground, and forgiveness.
I find that profound love can grow and flourish between forgiving hearts.
As I forgive others, it frees me from being weighed down by my old emotional hurts.
I know that sometimes tough love and distance are necessary when someone has abused me.
After you have focused on an affirmation for a while, then simply breathe in light — and as you breathe out, feel yourself letting go of any lingering heavy feelings that are ready to release.
After any release, be sure to breathe in Divine Peace and Divine Love until you feel well centered again.
Conclude by thanking the Divine for the enhanced peace and forgiveness.
Send down roots again to help you feel well grounded.
