Consider it a prayer in song for enhancing Divine Clarity within yourself. The words are: 

Clear mind like the clear sky,
Clear mind like the clear sky.
My mind reflects the peaceful vast sky.
I gaze into the clear blue sky,
I feel the heavens fill my mind.
Ou-u-u-u. Ah-h-h-h.

As you sing, or listen to the Soul Song, just feel yourself letting go of distractions and relaxing into the experience of Divine Clarity. Close your eyes and really sense it helping to bring you into a calm feeling of alert clarity.

Affirmations

The affirmations included in this meditation are:

• As I prioritize my plans for each day, I am more efficient and effective.

If possible, listen to some relaxing nonverbal music. Say a short prayer calling on the Divine to bless your meditation and enhance Divine Clarity in your life.

Visualize yourself in a ball of light to help strengthen your energy field. Become aware of and follow your breath as it gently flows in and out your nose at its own relaxed pace. Throughout this meditation you don’t need to breathe extra deeply or hold your breath extra-long. Just be aware of your breath as it flows gently in and out. Send down roots deep into the earth to help yourself feel grounded and prevent possibly feeling spacey. 

Imagine yourself as a tree sending powerful roots deep into the earth from the base of your feet or the base of your spine. Then as you breathe in your nose, imagine you are breathing the strength of the earth up into your body. For a few minutes listen to the relaxing music. As you breathe in through your nose, imagine you are breathing in light into your being.

Next visualize the color aqua–like the sparkling sea on a clear day.

As you breathe in your nose, imagine that you are breathing glowing aqua light into your whole being. As you breathe out, silently pray for Divine Clarity to help uplift and bless your life. Next breathe in through your nose and out your mouth for a little while. Now, gently breathe in through your mouth and out your nose for a few minutes.

Then very gently breathe in and out your mouth. Now return to breathing in and out your nose. As you breathe in through your nose, imagine you are breathing in aqua into your whole being. As you breathe out through your nose periodically silently say one or two of the following or similar affirmations.

My growing clarity supports my brilliance.

My clear awareness enhances my creative insights.

My ability to focus and concentrate well is a secret for my successful living.

As I prioritize my plans for each day, I am more efficient and effective.

Continue in that manner for a few minutes or as long as you wish.

Conclude by thanking the Divine, and then once again send down roots for grounding.
