Find yourself in a comfortable place and position where you will not be disturbed. Click the player to start the guided meditation.
If possible, listen to some relaxing nonverbal music. Say a short prayer calling on the Divine to bless your meditation and enhance joy in your life.
Visualize yourself in a ball of light to help strengthen your energy field. Become aware of and follow your breath as it gently flows in and out your nose at its own relaxed pace. Imagine yourself as a tree sending powerful roots deep into the earth to help you feel grounded and prevent possibly feeling spacey. Then as you breathe in your nose, imagine you are breathing the strength of the earth up into your body. Repeat several times. Listen to the relaxing music as you focus on gently breathing in and out your nose.
Visualize the color peach like a beautiful glowing peach colored sunrise filling the sky. As you breathe in your nose, imagine that you are breathing glowing peach light into your whole being. Silently pray to the Divine that your life be uplifted and blessed with Divine Joy. Next breathe in your nose and out your mouth for about a minute VERY GENTLY.
Now, very gently breathe in your mouth and out your nose for about a minute. Then extra gently breathe in and out your mouth for a minute or so. Now return to breathing in and out your nose. As you breathe in your nose, imagine you are breathing in peach color into your whole being. As you breathe out your nose, periodically say one or more of the following or similar affirmations silently.
I am joyful and lighthearted.
I have a naturally cheerful outlook on life.
I find joy in the simple rhythms of life.
I am blessed with Divine Joy and I radiate it out to everyone I meet.
Continue in that manner for a few minutes or as long as you wish.
Conclude by thanking the Divine.
Then once again send down roots for grounding.
